Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The safety seal on honey and desi ghee must remain intact.
Items must be in the same condition as received, without any signs of tampering.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used honey and desi ghee due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Shilajit cannot be returned due to the nature of the product and the lack of a tamper-proof seal.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at [Insert Email] with:

Your order number.
Reason for return.
Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process, including providing the return address if your request is approved.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email & number about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (processing time depends on your financial institution).
Return shipping costs:
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item shipped or damaged product), Eat Smart will cover return shipping costs.
If returning for personal preference or any non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@eatsmart.pk with:

Your order number.
Photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
We will quickly assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
