General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), Eat Smart does not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in cases where a product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

1. Report the Issue

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and an unedited video showing:

    • The product

    • Outer packaging

    • Any visible damage or leakage

2. Verification

  • Our team will review the evidence provided

  • If the issue is verified as a packaging, handling, or dispatch error, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, as applicable

3. Replacement or Refund

  • Replacement will be prioritized where possible

  • If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued via:

    • JazzCash

    • Bank transfer

    • Any mutually agreed payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return of Product (If Required)

In some cases, we may request the damaged or incorrect product to be returned.

  • Return instructions will be shared by our team

  • Customers must use a local courier or post office

  • The return shipping receipt must be shared for verification

⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Product taste preferences

  • Incorrect address or unreachable phone number provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier after dispatch

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to customer mishandling

  • Orders not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Packaging & Quality Assurance

All Eat Smart products are packed with great care using:

  • Secure sealing

  • Protective packaging

  • Leakage-prevention knowing food items are sensitive

While we take every precaution, rare issues during transit may occur. We encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
