  • Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners (such as PostEx)

  • Eat Smart is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of food and consumable products:

  • Eat Smart does not accept general returns or exchanges

Refunds or replacements are only offered for:

  • Damaged products

  • Leaked products

  • Incorrect items sent

All such cases are handled strictly according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Eat Smart shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by courier services after dispatch

  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products after delivery
