Order Processing Time

All orders placed on www.eatsmart.pk are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, seasonal sales, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing or delivery may experience slight delays. If there is any significant delay, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call.

Delivery Method

Eat Smart delivers all orders across Pakistan through PostEx (Cash on Delivery – COD), a trusted courier service with nationwide coverage.

Currently, all orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of:

  • Original packaging

This helps us assess the issue and assist you promptly.

Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

  • Eat Smart is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after dispatch

  • Orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported missing will need to be investigated directly with the courier service

  • We will fully cooperate by providing tracking and dispatch details where required
